Equipment composition

This product is mainly composed of driving device, head assembly, chassis, axeless helix, groove lining plate, inlet and outlet, hood (when needed), base and so on.

1. Driving device: Cycloidal pinwheel reducer or axle-mounted hard gear reducer should be installed at the outlet and outlet of the drive device as far as possible in order to make the spiral body in a tension state when it is running.

2. The head is equipped with thrust bearing, which can withstand the axial force produced when conveying materials.

3. Chassis: The chassis is U-shaped or O-shaped, with a rain-proof cover on the upper part. It is made of stainless steel or carbon steel or FRP.

4. Axle-free helix: stainless steel or carbon steel.

5. Groove Lining Board: Material for wear-resistant plastic or rubber or cast stone, etc.

6. The inlet and outlet ports are square and circular. The general inlet and outlet ports are decided by users.

Advantage characteristics

Compared with the traditional axle screw conveyor, the axle-less screw conveyor has the following outstanding advantages because it adopts the design of axle-less and suspension bearing, and uses the whole steel screw with certain flexibility to push materials.

1. Spiral has super wear resistance and durability, long service life.

2. Strong winding resistance: no central axis interference, for conveyor belt, easy winding material has special advantages, prevent blockage caused accidents.

3. Good environmental protection performance: The use of fully enclosed conveying and easy-to-clean spiral surface can ensure environmental hygiene and the conveyed materials are not polluted and leak-free.

4. Large torsion and low energy consumption: Because the screw has no shaft and the material is not easy to block, it can run at a lower speed, drive smoothly and reduce energy consumption.

5. Large conveying capacity: the conveying capacity is 1.5 times of that of the traditional shaft conveyor with the same diameter, reaching a maximum of 40 m3/h. Transport distance is long, up to 25 meters, and according to user needs, multi-stage series installation can be used to transport materials over long distances.

6. Compact structure, simple operation, economical and durable, minimal maintenance and low maintenance cost.

Motor power selection according to the length of conveyor and the nature of conveying material

Installation, commissioning and operation of equipment

1. Equipment installation requirements:

A. Installation of the inlet and outlet outlet shall parallel the flange support surface of the inlet and outlet outlet to the main axis of the screw machine; the flanges connected shall be closely fitted without gap.

B. After the screw machine is installed, it should check whether the reducer has enough lubricating oil, if not, and then run without load. After running for more than half an hour continuously, it should check the correctness of the screw machine assembly, find out the problem, stop the machine immediately, and then run after treatment until it is in good operation.

C. The screw machine should run smoothly and reliably without loosening of fasteners. The reducer has no oil seepage and abnormal sound, and the electrical equipment is safe and reliable.

2. Requirements for equipment use:

A. The screw machine should start without load, that is, when there is no material in the casing, it can feed to the screw machine after starting.

B. The initial feeding of screw machine should gradually increase the feeding until the rated conveying capacity is reached. The feeding should be uniform. Otherwise, it is easy to cause the accumulation of conveying materials and the overload of driving device, which will damage the whole machine.

C. In order to ensure the requirement of no-load starting of screw machine, the conveyor should stop feeding before stopping, and the conveyor can stop running after the material in the casing has been fully transported.

D. The conveyed materials should not be mixed with hard bulk materials, so as to avoid the damage of screw machine caused by screw jamming.

E. Always check the working status of each part of the screw machine in use and pay attention to whether the fasteners are loose. If the fasteners are found to be loose, the screw should be tightened immediately to make them firm again.

F. The cover of the screw machine should not be removed when the machine is running, so as to avoid accidents.
